The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center (JBAC) is located in the beautiful former Jacobskerk in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The JBAC is entirely dedicated to the life and work of the world-renowned medieval painter Jheronimus Bosch. All of his work can be admired in high-quality reproductions. Open and close his triptychs yourself and discover the imaginative and critical perspective of this unique painter!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure you log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in the confirmation email you received.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. If you'd like more flexibility, choose the Flexible Cancellation option: this lets you cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the start by contacting us. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's been transferred to another user. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us quoting your order number.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand and close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors. The hall is divided into zones depending on the view of the stage, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy food or drink at the venue?

No, no food or drinks are sold during this event.

Is parking available?

The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center is located in the centre of 's-Hertogenbosch and has no parking lot of its own; long-term parking on Hinthamerstraat is very difficult. The St. Jan and St. Josephstraat car parks are within walking distance.

Is there an age requirement?

The minimum age is 8. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I request a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need support during the experience can request one free ticket for their personal assistant after purchasing their own ticket. Please contact us and include proof of the need.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users.

Can I take photos or videos during the concert?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash and with the musicians' permission. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.

Can my friends and I sit together?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving a little early so our team can try to seat you together.

Are the candles a fire hazard?

No, for safety reasons all candles used are flameless.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?

If weather conditions affect the event (such as a change of venue or postponement), you'll be notified in advance by email.

Are animals allowed?

Pets are not allowed, but assistance dogs are of course welcome.
