The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center (JBAC) is located in the beautiful former Jacobskerk in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The JBAC is entirely dedicated to the life and work of the world-renowned medieval painter Jheronimus Bosch. All of his work can be admired in high-quality reproductions. Open and close his triptychs yourself and discover the imaginative and critical perspective of this unique painter!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else free of charge. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Need extra help? Contact us quoting your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID. You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" tab of the Fever app; if so, tap "Change date and/or time" and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation option. With that option you can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us; note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
How do the different zones work?
The hall is divided into zones depending on the quality of view of the stage. On arrival, our staff will assign you a spot within your chosen zone, on a first come, first served basis.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving a bit early so our team can do everything possible to seat you next to each other.
How long does the experience last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Arrive 30 minutes in advance so you can calmly take your seat in your assigned zone; doors close 5 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Can I buy food or drinks on site?
No, no food or drinks are sold at this event.
Is there parking available?
The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center is located in the centre of 's-Hertogenbosch and has no parking lot of its own; long-term parking on Hinthamerstraat is very difficult. Within walking distance you'll find the St. Jan and St. Josephstraat parking garage.
What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age is 8 years old. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I request a ticket for a companion?
Visitors who need support during the experience can request one free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Contact us and include proof of the need for a companion ticket; on arrival you must show both the regular ticket and the companion ticket.
Is the venue accessible to everyone?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users.
Can I use my mobile phone during the concert?
We ask you to put your device on silent throughout the performance. Photos or videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash and with the musicians' consent.
Are the candles flammable?
For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect the event (such as a change of venue or postponement), you will be notified in advance by email.
