About the experience
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, first-come, first-served, according to the section you selected.
How do I vote?
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue, which takes you directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan automatically; if yours doesn't, try Google Lens or a third-party QR scanner. On-site staff can help if you're still having trouble.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are food and drinks available on-site for purchase?
No, there will not be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call, without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you won't be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.
About your tickets
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets will not be sold on-site. They can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free personal assistant/support worker pass. Contact us for a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability), and show the regular ticket together with it at entry.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change your ticket date up to 24 hours in advance - contact us with your ticket ID, or check for an "Exchange date and/or time" option in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, transfers to any other Fever account are free. Tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, logged in with the account used to purchase (your QR code is also in your confirmation email). No need to print - it's validated via the app on arrival.
Access & venue
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Is there parking available?
