What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Where is the experience taking place?
At The Imperial Hotel (former Palazzo Versace), in the La Medusa Ballroom, 94 Seaworld Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217.
How do I get to the venue?
The Imperial Hotel is 100 m from the surf beach, 3 km north of Surfers Paradise, 30 km north of the Gold Coast Hinterland, 80 km south of Brisbane International Airport, 35 km north of Gold Coast International Airport and 18 km south of the major theme parks. It is within walking distance of Sea World and next to the Marina Mirage shopping centre.
Is there food served?
There is a bar on site. If you would like to eat at one of the hotel restaurants before the show, we recommend booking ahead on 07 5509 8000.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. Valet parking and an electric vehicle charging station are also available.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
