Titanic. The Human Story is a narrative experience about the people aboard the ship on its maiden and final journey. Through photographs, handwritten letters and personal belongings, and survivor testimonies on your audio guide, you can see recreated interiors at natural size.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams and strollers. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible. The main exhibition is upstairs, with a staff-assisted lift available for wheelchair users. Please use the contact number at the entrance for assistance. Wheelchairs are permitted, but there are no wheelchairs for hire within Titanic. Please bring your own if required.
Is there parking available?
No onsite parking is available. As the venue is located in central Auckland, we recommend using nearby public car parks. Convenient options include Victoria Street Car Park and Civic Car Park. Queen Street is largely pedestrianised, so visitors may need to walk a short distance from the car park to the venue.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, the audio guide is available in English and is included in your ticket price. It will be handed to you at the entrance.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
