About the venueSt Mary's In Holy Trinity

The Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, Auckland, is a stunning Anglican church with modern stained glass, including a one-of-a-kind Polynesian Christ window. The Nave is a flexible area that can hold up to 1,250 people and is used for worship and community events. The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is also on the cathedral grounds and is used for un-choral eucharists.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will there be food and drinks?
No food or drinks are served at the venue.
Is parking available?
The Cathedral car park has 112 spaces, accessible from Parnell Road behind St Mary's-in-Holy Trinity. Parking meters are at both ends: $6 for 4 hours or $10 for the full day, paywave accepted. Open Monday to Sunday, 6am–midnight. Disabled parking is available in the small carpark directly in front of the Cathedral on Parnell Road and in the main carpark accessed from Parnell Road. Free P60 street parking is also available on Parnell Road and nearby streets (Cathedral Place, Birdwood Crescent, St Stephen's Avenue, Brighton Road).
How do I get to the venue?
Holy Trinity Cathedral is at 446 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses stop right outside (bus stops 7193/7194), and Southern/Western Line trains stop at Parnell railway station, a short walk away. Hop-on Hop-off tours also stop here.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled parking is available in the small carpark directly in front of the Cathedral on Parnell Road and in the main carpark, and there's an accessible bathroom in the foyer near the kitchen.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
