This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" within your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If so, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear: just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation, available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Keep in mind that the ticket will not be refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into four zones: Premium, A, B, and Mezzanine, based on visibility level. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive at the same time and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
Yes, all attendees must be 8 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
No. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your corresponding zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. Out of respect for the artists and other attendees, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caregiver?
Yes. Attendees who need support during the experience can request a free pass for their companion or caregiver. Contact us and send us proof justifying the need for a caregiver ticket. Once received, we'll provide you with a coupon that you can use to get your free caregiver ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Keep in mind that, upon entering the event, you must present the regular ticket along with the caregiver ticket.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Yes, you'll be able to buy food and drinks at this event. We're happy to let you know we'll have vegan and gluten-free options!
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to get up from your seat, except in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location or rescheduling), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue. However, service dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event takes place in a venue accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Is parking available?
No parking available. We recommend arriving by public transportation or a ride-sharing app.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
