Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your tickets in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my tickets?
You can change the date of your tickets up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether an exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If available, the "Exchange date and/or time" button will appear: simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. What seating zones are available?
The room is divided into several sections based on view quality. Seating will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Allocation is done on a first come, first served basis and according to the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to make sure you can sit together.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Tickets are not sold on site. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event begins. For the comfort of the performers and other guests, you will not be allowed in if you arrive late.
Can I get a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to request one free entry pass for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us and attach proof that you need a ticket for a companion. Once we receive it, we'll provide you with a voucher that can be used to get a free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Keep in mind that you must show both your regular ticket and this companion ticket when entering the venue.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
Sorry, no food or drinks can be purchased during this event.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
For the comfort of the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
Please note that we use flameless candles for the safety of our guests.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance. As directed by our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the final song and without flash.
What is the expected temperature during the concert?
We do our best to ensure our guests' comfort, but the temperature can vary. We recommend dressing appropriately so you can fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will notify you by email beforehand.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
