Candlelight brings live music to GPIB Bethel Bandung, illuminated by the glow of thousands of candles. Over 60 minutes, the Christmas Classics program features the most beloved Christmas songs, from classic pieces to modern hits.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

    Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your tickets in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find a QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just click “Transfer Ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us through the Fever contact form if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us through the Fever contact form and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether an exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If available, an “Exchange date and/or time” button will appear: simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. What seating zones are there?
This venue is divided into different zones based on view quality. Seating will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Assignment will be done on a first come, first served basis and according to the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. For the comfort of the performers and other guests, you will not be allowed in if you're late.
Can I get a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request one free entry pass for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us through the Fever contact form and attach proof that you need a ticket for a caregiver. Once we receive it, we'll provide you with a voucher that can be used to purchase a free caregiver ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please keep in mind, you must show both your regular ticket and this caregiver ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Sorry, no food or drinks will be available for purchase during this event.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
For the comfort of the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note, we use flameless candles for the safety of our guests.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance. As announced by our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last song and without flash.
What is the expected temperature during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in a variety of beautiful historic venues. In these venues, temperature control can sometimes be a challenge. We do our best to ensure the comfort of our guests, but temperatures can vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing appropriately to fully enjoy this experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will definitely notify you by email beforehand.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
