Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change.
Are refunds available?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start time to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
St Peter's Cathedral is an indoor venue with assigned seating by zone.
Is there food or drink available?
Drinks and snacks are not allowed inside the cathedral.
Is parking available?
There is no general parking at the cathedral itself. There is limited street parking in the area, or the Wilson Car Park at Adelaide Oval North on Pennington Terrace (pay on the day or pre-book online).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
St Peter's Cathedral is committed to providing disability access, though options are limited. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us in advance so we can notify onsite staff. There is limited accessibility parking available onsite.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.
What happens if I arrive late?
The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless LED candles.
What happens if weather prevents the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
