Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food and drinks available?
There will be a bar onsite with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase before and during the show. You must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us if you plan to bring a service animal.
Is there parking available?
Santa Barbara downtown public parking lots offer convenient access to The New Vic. The first 75 minutes are free, and each additional hour (or part of) costs $2.50; guests with disabilities get the first 2.5 hours free with a valid placard. Street parking is free after 6pm.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information (a valid ticket is required before applying).
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The lower level is ADA accessible, though balcony seats are not. If you have special seating needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased; all sales are final.
