The Royal Cinema is an Art Moderne event venue and cinema in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1939 and owned by Miss Ray Levinsky. When it was built in 1939, it was called The Pylon, with an accompanying large sign at the front of the theatre.

    There is no parking at the venue. Green P parking is available underground and at street level within a two-minute walk, accessible via Clinton St., just north of College and Clinton Streets.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone C may only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8+. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Royal Theatre can be reached by car, city bus or train. The 506 Carlton streetcar stops at College St and Grace St. Underground and street-level Green P parking lots are within a two-minute walk, accessible via Clinton St., just north of College and Clinton Streets.
Is food served?
Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

No. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
