What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you're the juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and forensic evidence, then decide: guilty or not guilty?
What are the different seating zones, and can my friends and I sit together?
Zones are grouped by view quality; seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone. You can sit together if you arrive together with tickets for the same zone.
Can I use my phone, and how do I vote?
Your phone must be on silent throughout. To vote, scan the QR code shown at the venue with your camera (or Google Lens / a QR scanner app if it doesn't scan automatically). Photos and video are only allowed during the curtain call, without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes. This experience explores mature themes that may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
About your tickets
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the account you purchased with. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free, via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact support with your order number if you need help.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Yes, up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID, or via "Exchange date and/or time" in the app if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund, including on a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
No refunds under any circumstances on standard tickets. A Flexible Cancellation add-on can be purchased separately, and can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the show by contacting support (non-refundable once transferred).
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated via the Fever app upon arrival.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets are only sold via the Fever app or website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free companion pass. Contact support with your purchased ticket and supporting documentation to receive a voucher (subject to availability).

Yes, this experience is 12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime and close 5 minutes before start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Can I bring animals, and what if the weather affects the event?
