Where can I find my ticket?
Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You must sign in with the same method you used to purchase the tickets. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us here, quoting your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be offered. Changes to alternative dates and times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided based on the quality of the view: Front Row, Zone A, Lounge Seating (seating for 4, tickets purchased individually) and General Admission.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
No. All tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once approved, you'll receive a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket.
Is there an age limit to attend?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is parking offered on site at the venue?
Yes, paid parking is available onsite.
Will food be served?
No. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, with limited seating for wheelchairs available. If you're coming in a wheelchair, please contact our User Support Team via the "Help" function in the app.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
No photography or videography is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist gives instructions.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a service dog by contacting us here.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue and will not be refunded, so please make sure to arrive on time.
