The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

No, there won't be food or beverages available at this location. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue, with the exception of water.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, this venue is ADA accessible. When you arrive, let the onsite staff know you require assistance and they'll help you.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, as no late entry is permitted.

Applicable to selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation is needed. Refunds cover the full ticket price except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (refunds can take 10+ days to appear, or arrive as a voucher in the app if you paid with a voucher). If you choose an exchange instead, you'll get a voucher for the same value, usable only to rebook the same experience for a new date and/or time. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

It's an optional paid add-on offering a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the show — the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive with enough time. You can also buy it on-site if it hasn't sold out (card payments only; online buyers get priority). Proof of purchase is a separate QR code emailed to you, to be validated by the photographer at the venue. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
