Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating according to your zone.
Will drinks or snacks be served?
Yes, drinks and snacks are available for purchase on site.
Is there parking available?
Metered parking on King St W is free all day on Saturdays and Sundays, and after 6pm Monday through Friday. Check the venue's website contact page for more transportation options.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first — contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair-accessible seating located in Zone D. If you have any mobility or accessibility needs, contact us for more information.
What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase — Zone A has the best view and sound, while Zone D is more towards the back of the theatre.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No — tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).
