Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket for another date up to 48 hours before the event starts, minus a 10% fee for refunds. No documentation is required — just contact us with your ticket ID. Please note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue offers indoor seating, with assigned seats for every guest.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.
Is there food served?
Limited food and beverage will be available onsite for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, guests can choose between valet parking or the adjacent parking deck.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, and Zone C good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is the special Nobu Hotel and Candlelight experience?
We've teamed up with Nobu Hotel Atlanta to offer an exclusive package: 20% off your room rate, a complimentary drink at the event bar per guest, overnight valet parking, and a Nobu Candle with their signature yuzu ginger scent.
What's the policy for the Candle 3-Pack add-on?
The Candle 3-Pack must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As it's tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
