Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe light effects.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert; seats will be assigned according to the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be admitted to the show.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode that you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us if you have any doubts or questions; make sure you mention your ticket ID.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email at the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

How do I get to the venue?
The theatre is at the entrance to the Molentargius-Saline Regional Nature Park. It can be reached by both car and public transport (Line 3 - Via Tramontana stop; lines PF and PQ - Viale Poetto stop (corner of Via Tramontana).
Are food and drink available at the venue?
No, food and drink will not be available for purchase at the venue.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Teatro delle Saline has been renovated in line with accessibility regulations, ensuring access for people with reduced mobility. The venue has reserved seating and accessible toilets.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue does not have dedicated on-site parking. The area has plenty of free parking near the park's info point and the tree-lined avenue leading to the theatre. For this experience we suggest getting to the venue by public transport or sustainable alternatives.
