About the venuePalapa at Upper Buena Vista

A magical & secretive portal resonant to the vibrations of the earth at the intersection of nature & celebration. Palapa is the main event space at Upper Buena Vista beneath a majestic tiki, surrounded by lush tropical trees, a place to celebrate the essence of life. It provides shade, shelter from rain and becomes a gateway during live music performances and evenings of culture. Palapa was built by Seminole tribe members using ancestral traditions and techniques.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
