Fabulous night, venue was perfect, lovely touch showing to our seats , we had a great night

The musicians were extraordinary! We loved the variety of MJ songs, especially the focus on his humanitarian songs, that was a nice touch. Some songs worked better than others on strings but overall it was really enjoyable and we'll be back for another Candlelight concert! (This was our first)

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets range from the VIP Experience (front row, best visibility) to Zones A through D, each offering a different view of the stage.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes, the minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating. Please note the venue does not have air conditioning.

What is the seating like?

Seating consists of individual wooden chairs. We recommend bringing your own cushion for comfort during the show.

Is food or drink served?

No, food is not served at this venue.

Is parking available?

Limited on-street parking (kerbside meters) is available on Ann Street from 7 to 10pm on weekdays. Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the venue, and limited onsite parking is available on weekends or for special events.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request one free companion ticket. Please contact us after purchasing your own ticket for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Disabled access is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance so we can notify the venue team.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece of the performance, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of all guests, the candles used are flameless.
