We had a wonderful experience and we enjoyed it very much. But there were some songs we didn’t remember the names so we suggest to mention the name before playing it. Also, the parking was $35 and we went to the reception area to inquire reason so high and they gave us a discount. Fever needs to mention that.

What an epic experience! Patricio, Megan, Dan, and Alex are extraordinary—pure, raw talent. The audience was so engaged, making the entire night an unforgettable vibe. Truly poetic and remarkable! I brought my husband as a 40th birthday gift, and as a cellist himself, he was completely blown away. We both had a wonderful time!

What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change it, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price will be credited back to your account; the money may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive my new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to come back to the experience and book a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

You can drive or use public transport to get to the venue.
Is there food or drink?
There is no bar service at this event, and outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant and there is no need to contact the venue ahead of time. The closest ADA accessible parking is the garage at 710 Trinity St.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a paid parking garage at 710 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701; the venue entrance is a block away, on the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street. You can pay for parking digitally with the Metropolis app. All event guests can get a parking discount by scanning a QR code inside the lobby of St. David's Episcopal Church. Guests may not park in the surface lot directly in front of the venue: those who move the barricades and park there will receive a parking ticket.
Can I get in once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
