The Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Imagine Dragons in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Remember that the concerts often happen in historic venues where the temperature varies with the weather. We suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your outfit to enjoy the evening in the most comfortable way.
Will there be food and drink service at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Coldplay vs. Imagine Dragons in Madrid?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by logging in with the same method you used for the purchase.
