How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Will there be food and drink service at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Madrid?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!

Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
