Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once it has begun.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink at the venue?

There will be no food or beverage served at the venue.

Is there parking available?

There is very limited street parking, so we recommend using a rideshare service. There are also paid parking lots a few blocks from the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

The venue is ADA-compliant, with wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seats available.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request one free companion pass. You must already hold a valid paid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Where is the experience taking place?

The Sky Room at Saint Peter's University is located inside the Mac Mahon Student Center – 47 Glenwood Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306. The venue is accessible by mass transit via the PATH train from Journal Square, or by car.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
