The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Aula San Pablo, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Aula San Pablo box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Aula San Pablo box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
Will there be food and drink service at Aula San Pablo?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Vitoria-Gasteiz lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the other audience members, we ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency. We want everyone to enjoy the show without interruptions.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Vitoria-Gasteiz?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by logging in with the same method you used for the purchase. If you don't have the app handy, you can find them in your inbox: the confirmation email includes your QR code. Remember, you don't need to bring anything printed.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Christmas Classics be gifted?
Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Capture your night with this photo pack in a special Aula San Pablo location. Our team will deliver an instant printed photo in Polaroid format for you to take home.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Aula San Pablo?
If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Aula San Pablo.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Aula San Pablo, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Aula San Pablo? What about service animals?
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, your caregiver gets in for free! If you need an assistant for the concert, they can request a free pass. Contact us with the medical or disability proof, and we'll have the ticket ready for you.
Is Aula San Pablo accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
