Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D. Each ticket includes one drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event through the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion ticket. After purchasing your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket to apply), send us the relevant supporting documents. Once received, we'll provide a voucher so you can get the free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. No refund is possible in this case.
What is the flexible refundable ticket?
For selected events, the flexible refundable ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
How and when can I get a refund on my flexible ticket?
You can return your flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund. No documents are required; just contact us via the relevant link. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another person.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes beforehand.
Where does the experience take place?
At Pfarrei Don Bosco, Allschwilerstrasse 70, 4055 Basel, Switzerland.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: from Basel SBB take tram 1 or 8 to the “Bernoullianum” stop, just a short walk from the church. By car: the church is centrally located in the St. Johann district.
Is food or drink available?
Each ticket includes one drink. For some events, Fever also organises its own bar service.
Is parking available?
There is no dedicated parking right at the church. Limited public short-term parking (blue zone) is available nearby. We recommend arriving by public transport.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form in that case.

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
