How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Will there be food and drink service at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

No, you won't be able to get your tickets at the physical box office or at the entrance to Archaeological Museum of Alicante. To secure your spot, you must purchase your tickets through the Fever app or official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Archaeological Museum of Alicante, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

You'll be able to pick the photo you like best for printing. Our team will have it ready for you to collect at the venue's exit, so remember to pick it up when the show ends since it can't be kept for later.

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Alicante?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes! You can send your digital tickets to someone else for free from the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app. If you need extra assistance, contact us and share your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Once you enter Archaeological Museum of Alicante, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.
Is there parking available at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Archaeological Museum of Alicante? What about service animals?
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
