Are refunds permitted?

Refunds are not permitted unless you purchased a Flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

What is a Flexible cancellation ticket?

It lets you request a full refund (except for the 10% fee paid for this option) if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening 60 minutes before the start.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink served?

No food or drink is available inside the venue during the concert. If the venue's bar is open, you can buy something before or after the concert, but not during the performance.

Is parking available?

No, the venue does not have its own parking.

Is there a minimum age for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
