It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Please note it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.

How long does the event last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes (doors open 30 minutes beforehand; no entry once it has started).

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

The concert takes place in the San Pablo cloister of the Centre Tarraconense, El Seminari — an indoor, enclosed space.

What ticket types are available?

There are three ticket types available: zone A, zone B and zone C.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
