What are the different ticket types?
Zones A, B, and C. Zone A seats are closest to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (see below). For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience, up to 48 hours before it starts, with no documentation required. Note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show; there is no entry once it starts.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended.
Is there food and beverages served?
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase before and during the show. If you're consuming alcohol you must be 21+ with a valid ID.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals — please contact us here if you plan to bring one.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is fully ADA accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of street parking and nearby parking garages available around the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
