What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to decide the accused's fate.
How long does it last, and what are the seating zones?
About one hour. The theater is divided into sections by view quality; seats are assigned at the entrance, first-come first-served within your selected section.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code shown at the venue with your smartphone to go straight to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, try Google Lens or a third-party QR app. Staff can help if you're still stuck.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes like crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.

Are tickets available at the entrance?
No, tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests needing assistance can apply for one free carer/support-worker pass. Contact us for a voucher, then show both tickets at entry.
Can I change my date or get a refund?
You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or via the exchange option in the app if available. Refunds aren't available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets, and where do I find them?
Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Your ticket and QR code live in the app's "Tickets" section and in your confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's validated via the Fever app on arrival.

When should I arrive, and what if I'm late?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated. Doors close 5 minutes before start; late entry isn't permitted, out of respect for performers and other guests.

Are service animals allowed, and can I bring my own food?
Service dogs are welcome. Outside food or drinks aren't permitted; no smoking or vaping inside the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
12+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and need a ticket.
Can I take photos, use my phone, or leave during the show?
Photos/recording are allowed only after the final verdict, without flash. Your phone should otherwise stay off; you can only leave your seat in an emergency, out of respect for performers and other guests.
