How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Aula San Pablo, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.
Can tickets be bought at the Aula San Pablo box office?
Tickets are not on sale inside the venue or at Aula San Pablo's own box office. To attend the concert, you must purchase them through the official Fever website or by downloading the app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Aula San Pablo?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Dress how you feel like and how you're most comfortable, there are no strict dress rules. A casual and informal style is ideal for enjoying the event without issues.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Vitoria-Gasteiz lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Vitoria-Gasteiz?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Aula San Pablo and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Aula San Pablo?
If there are spots available at Aula San Pablo, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure your photo session goes smoothly. Photos are always taken before the event, and the space will close 10 minutes before the start.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you arrive at Aula San Pablo, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll get a set of 3 high-quality LED-lit candles that achieve the same visual effect as real ones. They're perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere in your home with total safety and zero risk.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Are pets or animals allowed in Aula San Pablo? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the venue. Of course, assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and can accompany you.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes! Attendees who need support can request a free ticket for a caregiver. Please contact us and send the necessary proof so we can reserve their spot.
Is Aula San Pablo accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
