A driverless car has taken a life - and someone must answer for it. The programmer who wrote the code, the passenger who trusted the machine, or the AI that made the call? There is no precedent. There is no roadmap. There is no easy answer.

🚩This experience includes themes and testimony related to death resulting from a vehicle accident, references to injury and fatality, testimony involving grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.

What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth — your vote determines the accused's fate.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are seats numbered?

No. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.

Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase on site.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call, without flash.

Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?

Phones must stay on silent throughout. Guests may not leave their seat except in an emergency, out of respect for the cast and audience.

What are the different types of tickets available?

Zone A: best visibility. Zone B: good visibility, behind Zone A. Zone C: fair visibility, behind Zone B.

Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?

No. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app or website before arriving.

Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free carer pass by contacting support; a voucher is then issued to purchase the free ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date/time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the show, subject to availability, by contacting support with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge, via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.

Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or the QR code in your confirmation email. No printing is required — it's validated via the app on arrival.

There is no dedicated venue parking (street parking is available nearby; public transport is recommended) and no cloakroom service.

What are the prohibited items? Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited, along with external alcohol, hot food/drinks, strong-smelling food or glass, audio recording devices, drugs, flammables, torches, lasers, professional cameras, unauthorized promotional items, and selfie sticks/tripods.
