They should add a Concert for Hamilton Songs! I believe the music from the play will make for great orchestra

I cried so much. The orchestra did not disappoint 👏 ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Michael's music impacted many lives as well as mine, and beauty of it all was that the musicians carried his essence on stage. Every string match the frequency Michael Jackson's music would radiate. I will return ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🧿🌻🕊✨️🍎

Wonderful concert

The quartet was fantastic! They had great personalities, enthusiasm, and passion. One suggestion I think could make the experience even better would be to play music from the artist being performed while the audience waits until 6:30. Since this was Michael Jackson, I think it would have helped set the mood and build excitement for the performance. Also, I wasn’t sure whether it was appropriate to clap along to the beat, sing, etc., because I didn’t want to be disrespectful to the quartet while they were performing. It may be helpful to let the audience know if that kind of participation is encouraged or preferred. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back in the future!

Truly enjoyed this experience! The only downside was that we paid for what we thought was a professional photo but it was taken on a phone and then printed out.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are only available if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts and you'll be refunded the full ticket price minus a 10% fee.

What ticket types are there?

Seats are organized into four zones by visibility: Zone A (best), Zone B (great), Zone C (good), and Zone D (okay). Seating within each zone is first come, first served.

How long does the experience last?

Duration: 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.

Will food or drinks be available?

Food is not available. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) can be purchased separately; we encourage guests to enjoy drinks in the gathering room, as no beverages are permitted inside the music hall.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available on site. There is also a bus stop right in front of the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I request a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of need after purchasing your ticket, and we'll send you a voucher code to claim your free carer ticket.

Does this venue have disability access?

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

An optional paid photo experience in a dedicated area, with a printed Polaroid-style photo included. Photos are taken before the concert (ending 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You can also purchase it on site if it hasn't sold out, though online purchasers get priority and on-site purchases are card only.

What's the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?

Online Candle 3-Pack purchases must be collected at the designated spot at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to that specific date and location, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up. All sales are final.
