From rock anthems to pop classics, this Candlelight concert brings the music of an entire decade back to life in a historic hall in the heart of Salzburg's old town.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets available for the following zones: Row 1, A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. You must buy them before your visit via the Fever app or the website feverup.com.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry is not permitted.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket on the app or in your confirmation email at the entrance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; the team will do their best to seat you together.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (on the App Store or Google Play) if you log in with the same method you used to purchase it. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for their personal carer. To do this, you first need a valid ticket. After purchasing, send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form; you'll then receive a voucher that allows you to book the free carer ticket in the app, subject to availability. At entry, show your ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact Fever and provide your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Where does the concert take place?
In the Rittersaal at the Salzburger Residenz in DomQuartier Salzburg, a historic hall in the heart of Salzburg's old town. Address: DomQuartier Salzburg – Salzburger Residenz, Residenzplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.
How do I get to the venue?
From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, bus lines 1, 3, 5, 6 and 25 go to the stops "Rathaus" or "Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz"; from there it's just a few minutes' walk.
Is there parking available?
There are several car parks nearby: Mönchsberg, Nonntal, Mirabell, Schwarzstraße and Linzergasse. The venue is located in the old town, and parts of the surrounding area are pedestrianised.
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drinks are available on site.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
No. Animals are not allowed, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrance is located in Furtwänglerpark, opposite the Festspielhäuser. Please email hello@feverup.com in advance so the venue can prepare for your visit.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. Jackets must be left at the cloakroom on site.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval planned.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
