Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to arrange this. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
When can I return my ticket?
If you purchased a flexible refund ticket, you can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes before it starts to be seated in the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time, and latecomers may be denied entry.
Is the event held indoors?
Yes, the experience takes place indoors with assigned seating, in the Aula in the main building of the University of Graz.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, food and drinks will not be available on site.
Is there parking available?
There's a paid, time-limited short-term parking zone around the University of Graz, plus nearby parking garages (for example in the city centre or near Jakominiplatz). As spaces are limited, we recommend allowing extra time to find parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documentation; we'll then provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this venue, including service dogs.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight” and how does it work?
This add-on gives you an exclusive photo experience in a specially set-up area, and you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake. Photos can also be purchased on site while stocks last (card payments only); online bookings are given priority over on-site purchases. Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
