The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

The concert takes place indoors, in the hotel's Grand Ballroom, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.

Parking at the hotel is valet-only and costs $15 per car. Reduced-price self-parking is also available across the street.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

This optional add-on offers a photo experience exclusive to guests who purchase it: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue, subject to availability, though online buyers get priority; on-site purchases only accept credit cards (no cash). Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated point at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to that specific date and venue, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
