Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to purchase). Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the show (minus a 10% fee for refunds, no documentation required). Without it, you can still exchange your ticket for a different date or time up to 48 hours before the event.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, in the hotel's Grand Ballroom, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase at this event, and the hotel also offers a full-service restaurant available to Candlelight guests.
Is parking available?
Parking at the hotel is valet-only and costs $15 per car. Reduced-price self-parking is also available across the street.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or companion?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please purchase your ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA-accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. As above, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This optional add-on offers a photo experience exclusive to guests who purchase it: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue, subject to availability, though online buyers get priority; on-site purchases only accept credit cards (no cash). Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated point at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to that specific date and venue, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
