Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same email address used to make the purchase. You will also find the QR code you need to show on the day of the concert in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds will be given.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert takes place at the Planétarium du Planet Océan, near the Centre commercial Odysseum, Allée Ulysse, 34000 Montpellier.

How can I get there?

There is excellent public transport nearby; please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Tram: Line 1, Odysseum and Place de France stops. Bus: Lines 9, 15 and 52, Samuel Morse and Place de France stops. Parking: Parking de la Mer, 1150 Route de Vauguières.

Is there food or drinks available?

No, no food or drinks will be offered on site.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
