Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on. A ticket with flexible cancellation can be cancelled on request up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note: once a ticket is transferred to another user, it's no longer eligible for a refund.

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and late entry is not permitted.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant/companion. Contact us and send us proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher you can use to purchase a free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show both tickets at entry.

Unfortunately, food and drinks won't be available for purchase at this event.

Unfortunately, parking won't be available at this venue, so we recommend arriving without a car.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the concert.

Unfortunately pets aren't allowed at the venue, but guide dogs are welcome.

The venue is divided into different zones based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within your chosen zone.

Yes, you can sit together with friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can find you a seat in your chosen zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the performers and other guests, entry won't be allowed once the concert has started.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
