No, seating is first-come first-served within the zone you select at purchase.

There's an on-site bar for drinks. Food isn't available for purchase.

About your tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Through the Fever app (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Tickets aren't sold at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets, or where do I find them?
Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. Your QR code is in the app's "Tickets" section and your confirmation email, using the same login as your purchase.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges to another date/time are allowed up to 48 hours before the show, subject to availability, by contacting us.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests needing assistance can apply for one free carer/support-worker pass after purchasing a valid ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation.
