What are the different types of tickets available?
Five zones are available: Premium, A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to a free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Salone Bernini of Palazzo Ripetta, at Via di Ripetta 231, in Rome.
How do I get to the venue?
By car or public transport: the most convenient underground station is Flaminio, on line A.
Will it be possible to buy food?
Yes, there's a bar and a restaurant at the venue.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue has disabled access.
Is there parking on site?
No, but you can park on the street or in two nearby car parks: Parking Ludovisi and the car park on Via del Vantaggio 45.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
