What ticket types are available?

There are 3 zones: from Zone A, closest to the stage, to Zone C, the furthest away.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. They must be bought via the Fever app or website before the event.

Do I need a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the necessary documentation.

Is there an age requirement to attend?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket (available only for selected events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start. No documentation is required, but the ticket is non-refundable if transferred to someone else.

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers will not be admitted.
