Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, and make sure to include your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID. You can also check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app to see if the exchange option is available there. Refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for details. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase if you'd like an alternative policy.
What if I purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on?
You can cancel a Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience starts, by contacting us. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within the zone you purchased. The venue is divided into sections based on view quality; our staff will help you find your section, and seating within it is first come, first served.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes. We encourage guests to arrive early and enjoy one of the on-site dining options before the show: Bolero Restaurante offers a Spanish tapas-style menu (reservations recommended), and Mercato di Vienza offers casual Italian bites, wood-fired pizza and gelato. If you plan to dine beforehand, please allow at least two hours before the concert's start time.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available on site.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a free ticket for my carer or personal assistant?
Yes. Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us here and, subject to availability, we'll send you a voucher to redeem the free carer ticket in the Fever app.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way — a change of location or a postponement — we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets aren't allowed at this event's location, though service animals are always welcome.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's a one-of-a-kind photo experience available exclusively to guests who purchase it: a personalized photo session in a specially designated area, plus a keepsake instant print in a Polaroid-style finish. Photos can also be bought on site (card payment only) while supplies last, but online buyers get priority. Your session happens before the show and wraps up 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early; you'll choose and collect your printed photo at the exit, so be sure to pick it up before you leave, as it can't be stored for later.
What is the "Candles 3-Pack"?
It's a set of 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of Candlelight. Online purchases must be collected on site at the designated location on the day of your event; since it's tied to that specific date and venue, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
