What are the different types of ticket available?
There are five zones: A (excellent visibility), B (good visibility), C (average visibility), D (reduced visibility) and E (limited visibility).
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and, if you arrive late, you won't be allowed in.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you and your friends have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early.
What are the age requirements for attending the event?
The minimum age is 8. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for everyone's safety the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, when indicated by the musicians, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the show.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
During the concert it isn't possible to leave your seat, except in case of emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, it isn't possible to buy tickets on site. They must be purchased before you arrive via the Fever app or at feverup.com.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, the transfer is free: just send the person the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact support with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability, by contacting support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact support with a document proving the need for assistance attached: you'll receive a code to get the free ticket. Both the document and the tickets must be shown at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The PDF with the barcode is also in your confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects the experience (change of venue or postponement), you'll receive an email to the address on your Fever profile. Check your spam folder too.

Will it be possible to buy food?
Yes, food and drinks will be available to purchase on site.
