The origins of Spazio FIlippetti date back several centuries, when it was used as a warehouse to stow and duty goods coming in from Porta Romana. Today, this place rich in history offers Candlelight guests a unique experience: a true plunge into the past made even more fascinating by the magic of music and the intimate and evocative atmosphere created by the light of thousands of candles.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store), logged in with the same Fever profile used to purchase it. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket; contact us with any questions, quoting the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. Latecomers will not be admitted to the show.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be available.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately the venue doesn't have its own car park; we suggest getting there via public transport (a 1-minute walk from the Porta Romana M1 metro stop and the P.ta Romana tram line 9 stop) or other sustainable alternatives.
What are the age requirements for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for companions/carers?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll give you a code to purchase it in the Fever app (subject to availability); you'll need to show that document together with your tickets to enter the event.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile (remember to check your spam folder).
