Although the dancers are committed to captivating and enchanting the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying it!

There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased from the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you choose. Just click on “Transfer ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.

You will find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same account you used when purchasing your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the steps shown to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

You can book for a group up to the number of tickets our app/website allows you to purchase (subject to availability). Special group bookings are not available for this event.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that we can seat you in the category you purchased. We cannot guarantee access if you arrive late.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on the event premises. However, guide dogs are welcome.

The lobby and restrooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Inside the theater, access is only possible to the stalls (first 15 rows, aisle side).

This event may include strobe lights.

This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
