Choose between:

• Vinyl: beef burger, marinated cabbage, marinated cucumber, poached red onion, tomato and lettuce
• Seitan Cheese: seitan/lentil/carrot burger, tomato compote, fresh cheese, poached red onions, pickled cucumber and lettuce (veggie burger - make vegan by removing cheese)
