Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are split by zone: Zone A (amazing visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Purchase your own ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation needed. Note that it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start, and no entry is permitted once the show has begun.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor event, with assigned seating.
Is food served?
No, and no outside food or beverages are allowed either.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
