The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.

Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.

No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Poble Espanyol de Mallorca box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Majorca lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.

Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
